3-DAY SELF-HEALING ONLINE RETREAT

"You don't need to travel to the other end of the world to go on an inner journey."

Namastay Home Retreat is a project that allows us to share mindfulness on a global scale. We offer holistic yoga retreats from the comfort of your own home – helping you to integrate the experience of a yoga retreat in your daily life & practice yoga off the mat. By creating wholesome online retreats and carefully tailored programs including pre-recorded video material, live zoom calls, and a nicely designed digital workbook, we share holistic practices of wellbeing such as Yoga, Guided Meditations, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Reiki, Psychology, Art Therapy and more. Our vision is to offer a selection of versatile online retreats – each with a different duration length and mindful topic as a focus.

The Retreat:

Self Awareness, Self Love and Self Care.

Founded during COVID-19, Namastay Home Retreat started as our founders became aware of the importance to re-engage with the inner self in a time of uncertainty. As everyone in the world, we were asked to stay home, but yet we wanted to continue sharing the mindful practices that helped us personally to cope with the given situation. Along with our name Namastay Home Retreat, we believe that you don’t need to travel to the other end of the world to go on an inner journey. Instead, we want to share  mindfulness and yoga together with people from all around the world. With years of experience in the field of yoga, wellness, business, and creativity, we have carefully tailored our online retreats with a holistic approach.

What's included in this retreat:

  • Morning and evening guided meditations.

  • Morning and evening yoga practices.

  • Mindfulness talk about self awareness, self love and self care.

  • Scheduled meet up with the global community.

  • Digital workbook (guidelines, suggested meal plans, home activities).

Schedule & Set Up

Day 1: Self Awareness
A state where someone actively identifies, processes, and stores information about the "self" through reflection and introspection. It’s the idea of who we are. When we are in this state, we are able to describe our strengths, weaknesses, traits, and habits clearly and objectively. The idea of "self" keeps changing throughout our lives depending on what we learn, what we perceive, where we live, and who we interact with.

Day 2: Self Love
While it’s easy to treat yourself well throughout the time period of your Namastay Home Retreat, self-love requires time and effort. It's a life-long journey of forgiveness and acceptance – that includes reflecting on both the negative and positive in your life. You have to be open to looking at yourself with an honest and kind eye. By cultivating self-love, you are building yourself up for happiness, healing and a future that you deserve. Self-love is the understanding that you are already whole & complete.

Day 3: Self Care
Self care in essence is the mindful taking of time to pay attention to you, not in a narcissistic way, but in a way that ensures that you are being cared for by you. Let’s start with understanding that Self Care isn’t selfish. Ultimately each person must develop their own relationship with the self to weave together the threads of the body, mind and soul. It’s a transformational practice that strengthens the life force within. It teaches us to overcome internal and external obstacles that come with everyday life. Self care goes a long way in managing stress and living your best life.

Pre-recorded sessions:
The daily program offers you meditation, pranayama, mantra, and asana for each theme. These are pre-recorded, and you can practice any time during the day that works for you, although we will provide a suggestion of time that might work for you.

Live Sessions:
Every second Saturday of the month at 12-12.30 CEST (6 am in New York, 6 pm in Bali, 8 pm in Sydney), we will meet up with the entire global community who have done or currently experiencing Namastay Home Retreat, via Zoom. During this meet up we will be able to get to know each other and to share our experience during the Namastay Home Retreat journey.
We will send you an email for the invitation of the Global Meetup. Please check your inbox and/or spam mail.
